最近不少朋友發現 Citi 的 Secure Message 功能找不到了，其實不是人老了眼神不好了，是 Citi 真的終止了 Secure Message 功能。以前 Secure Message 功能最主要的用途是求match開卡獎勵，比如 Citi AA Platinum 卡基本上一直可以從60k/65k被match到75k。現在雖然 Secure Message 功能沒了，不過依然可以match開卡獎勵，只要從網頁右下角的 online chat 進去聯繫客服即可。
我們的作者之一ygsq前幾天剛驗證過，在online chat求match offer，客服的回應是 “Yes, I have submitted the request and we will review it and we will inform you by mail or email.” 過了幾天之後再chat客服都已經能看見10k里程被加上了。
