最近不少朋友发现 Citi 的 Secure Message 功能找不到了，其实不是人老了眼神不好了，是 Citi 真的终止了 Secure Message 功能。以前 Secure Message 功能最主要的用途是求match开卡奖励，比如 Citi AA Platinum 卡基本上一直可以从60k/65k被match到75k。现在虽然 Secure Message 功能没了，不过依然可以match开卡奖励，只要从网页右下角的 online chat 进去联系客服即可。
我们的作者之一ygsq前几天刚验证过，在online chat求match offer，客服的回应是 “Yes, I have submitted the request and we will review it and we will inform you by mail or email.” 过了几天之后再chat客服都已经能看见10k里程被加上了。
