【2021.12 更新】HSBC 在美国已经只保留 Premier 等级的业务了，这张卡绝版了。

  1. 开卡18个月内消费和 balance transfer 都 0% APR。
  2. No Foreign Transaction Fee (FTF)。
  3. 无年费。

缺点

  1. 没有那种通常的送点数的开卡奖励。
  2. 没有消费返现。
  3. Balance Transfer fee 是存在的：4% 的费用（最低$10）。

建议申请时间

  1. 真的缺钱的时候再申请。

总结

这张卡适合缺钱时候0利息借钱。但是这张卡并没有任何羊毛，对于撸毛党来说并没有什么用处。大家就别碰这张卡了，把它留给真正需要的人吧。
