1. Accor Preferred by HERA（原Accor STEP）項目簡介
Accor 集團對應 Hyatt Privé, Marriott STARS & LUMNINOUS, Hilton for Luxury 的項目是 Accor Preferred by HERA。曾經名稱是 Accor STEP，24年5月換成叫 Accor Preferred by HERA 了。但是本質上沒啥變化。
當你從 Accor Preferred Program 預定時，可以享受以下福利：
- 雙人免費早餐
- $100酒店消費額度
- 房型升級（視房態）
- 早住晚退（視房態）
同其他 program 類似，Accor Preferred 價格時不時也有各種促銷。
2. Accor Preferred by HERA 參與酒店
參與 Accor Preferred Program 的雅高品牌比較多，比較高端的牌子：Raffles, Fairmont, Banyan Tree這種基本都參加了。其餘很多牌子旗下酒店部分選擇參與，類似 Marriott LUMINOUS 的情況。和其他類似優選計劃一樣，一般更luxury的品牌不會有什麼限制，一晚就給待遇，也不指定房型；而剩下部分酒店可能會限制類似要2晚才可以。
為了方便大家查詢，我們也專門製作了一個 Accor Preferred by HERA 的地圖頁面，可以搜索查看當前參加這個項目的酒店，如果有限制兩晚/房型什麼的，也會顯示出來。
3. Accor Preferred by HERA 福利詳解
預定 Accor Preferred Program 價格默認可享以下福利：
- 免費早餐：每日雙人免費早餐
- 消費額度：$100 酒店消費抵扣
- 房型升級：入住時視房態升一級
- 早住晚退：入住時視房態
雙人早餐
Preferred by HERA 價格含每日雙人早餐，沒有明說是怎麼執行，那就是看酒店指定了。亞洲可能就是自助早，美國可能就是指定 continental/american breakfast 或者給早餐額度。
這個相對 Accor 會員是個巨大的優勢：ALL 白金卡只有亞洲地區早餐，而最高級的 ALL 鑽石也只有周末免費早餐（亞洲地區每天都有）。而通過 Accor Preferred 則保證了早餐待遇。
消費額度
默認給 $100 或等值當地貨幣的酒店消費抵扣。和其他項目類似，具體內容由酒店決定，但是大部分應該都是餐飲、水療啥的都可以。有 Accor Preferred/STEP 體驗的朋友去 HotelFT 提交DP，這樣後來的小夥伴看到了有更多參考。
按照條款，消費額度基本都是按一次入住 (stay) 給的，而不是按晚數給。拆分入住不會獲得多次 credit。』
房型升級
根據條款，入住時視房態升一級。ALL 會員描述也是升一級（看起來是從預定房型升一級），或許可以和 Accor Preferred 疊加。
早住晚退
如果有需求，住客可以請求提前入住或者延遲退房，最終酒店根據房態決定是否同意。
4. 當前促銷列表
Preferred Special Rate 促銷
這個和之前我們提到過的 Hilton for Luxury 會員促銷類似，本身這類 preferred program 都是對標 standard rate/best available rate（縮寫BAR）。大部分時候因為酒店肯定有會員價啥的，preferred program 價格要比會員價高一些，靠多的額外福利（早餐、$100消費等）來吸引預定。但如果 preferred program 價格也能有一定折扣，就非常有吸引力了。
目前很多 Preferred by HERA/STEP 參與酒店就有類似的折扣價，例如上海和平飯店，6月12日1晚公開價最低是$405.26，顯示的是預付不可取消折扣價格。但是 Accor Preferred HERA 有對標這個價格的促銷價，可在6月11日前取消，也不需要預付，還有雙早/$100額度這些福利。
住x送一類促銷 (2025 Q3 更新)
Accor Preferred 每個季度都會更新住3付2、住4付3這類促銷，用得上促銷時價格很多時候可以比其他公開價都低，還有雙早、$100消費抵扣這些待遇，太香了。不過酒店可能會根據淡旺季、入住率之類的調整，具體需要搜了價格才知道。有需求的歡迎使用我們的網頁直接搜索價格。

5. Accor Preferred by HERA 查詢價格和預定

6. 其它常見問題解答(FAQs)
HERA 可以用積分/FN預定嗎？
不行。所有這類 preferred program 都是基於現金入住的。Amex FHR 用 MR 支付本質也把 MR 當現金用了去付的房費。
HERA 價格可以積累 Accor 會員積分嗎？
當然，這是官方渠道，所有預定都算合格入住。預定後立馬在 Accor 賬號里就能看到。
HERA 預定可以刷自己的卡嗎？
可以。預定時需要用信用卡信息做擔保。如果是可取消價格，那都是到酒店再付款，入住時想刷什麼卡自己選。如果是預付價，那麼就是從預定時擔保的卡上面扣款。HotelFT 不處理支付。
HERA 預定可以疊加 Amex Offers/Chase Offers嗎？
可以，因為是酒店扣錢，符合 Amex Offers 這些條款的。有這些 offers 的時候疊加起來更香。
HERA 和雅高會員福利對比？
這個問題上面福利介紹部分大概都討論過了，這裡可以再總結以下：
- 早餐福利：這個基本上 HERA 比會員強多了。ALL 就算鑽石也沒法保證所有酒店每天都給早餐（只有亞太是每天都給，其他地區只有周末）。但是 STEP 就保證一定有。
- 消費額度：ALL鑽石每年拿到26k等級積分後倒是給10張€10的代金券，不過本身會員預定是沒有的，額外的酒店消費額度依然是這類program獨特的優勢。
- 房型升級：HERA 基本也是入住視房態升一級，ALL鑽石這些看描述是從預定房型升一級，說不定可以疊加吧。具體需要DP來驗證。
- 早住晚退：都是視房態而定
總體來說我們覺得 HERA 反而比會員更給力，主要是早餐的優勢和額外的酒店消費抵扣。不過STEP價格反正也不和會員福利衝突，能積累積分這些，為啥不是全都要呢。
HERA 與 FHR/Virtuoso 該如何選擇
那當然是哪邊給的福利好就選哪個：
- 從福利看：FHR 一大特色是保證 4pm 退房，如果其它方面沒有區別，你又有運通白金卡，那還是推薦走 FHR
- 從價格看：大部分時候這些價格都和BAR一樣，不過如果某個渠道有特殊促銷，比如某酒店如果只在HERA給了住3付2，那顯然就更有優勢了
- 從覆蓋看：酒店集團自身的優選計劃，只看集團內酒店的覆蓋，那都比 FHR/Virtuoso 這類更好
