前幾天 Bilt 正式公布了 Bilt Cash 的用法，複雜的很，這篇文章就來專門簡介一下。

什麼是 Bilt Cash
Bilt Cash 是Bilt推出的 Bilt Points 之外的第二套獎勵系統。Bilt Points 因為轉點夥伴很好（包括 Hyatt、JL、AS、UA 等）且經常搞很好的轉點bonus而備受歡迎，是 Bilt 的最大優勢之一。但是 Bilt Cash 這套獎勵系統，一句話總結一下就是沒那麼好用。整套系統搞的太複雜了而且兌換限制太多。但也有些特定情況下也許有點用。詳細的繼續往下看吧。
Bilt Cash 每年12.31過期，只能roll $100的 Bilt Cash 到下一年，所以如果獲得了就得抓緊用掉。
怎麼攢 Bilt Cash
兩種方式：
- 刷卡日常消費（即除了房租房貸之外）可得 4% Bilt Cash。
- 每攢 25,000 Bilt Points towards status，就自動攢 $50 的 Bilt Cash。注意這裡有個定語 「towards status」，就是說通過開卡獎勵之類的途徑攢的點還不算，基本上只能靠刷卡。

每個用法都有非常低的上限，還都是每個月給的，簡直喪心病狂！
不過其實某種意義上來說我也能理解這種設計的意圖。一張無年費卡能在幾乎所有消費上攢 4% 的獎勵系統，它還明面上要保證 dollar to dollar value，它要不是設計成難用至極，那這銀行要虧到姥姥家去了。
Bilt Cash 的推薦用法
個人認為那些$10/month之類的coupon實在是太令人頭大了，精力花在track這些東西上面，簡直像是打第二份工了。因此個人建議用下面這幾種方式去消耗 Bilt Cash：
1. 交房租房貸
在Bilt交房租房貸的文章里我們講到過，交房租房貸有兩個選項：第一種不涉及 Bilt Cash（選了這種方式那麼刷卡也沒有4% Bilt Cash返點了）；第二個選項是消耗 $3 Bilt Cash 來獲得 100 Bilt Points，上限就是房租/房貸的金額（比如 $2,000 賬單對應最多消耗 $60 的 Bilt Cash 來獲得 2,000 Bilt Points）。
用這種方式，可以把不好用且年底就過期的 Bilt Cash 轉化為好用的 Bilt Points。如果你通過開卡獎勵等方式得到了 Bilt Cash，那麼這樣消耗掉就是最佳方式之一了。
2. Point accelerator 加速攢 Bilt Points
你可以選擇花 $200 Bilt Cash，來買刷卡攢 Bilt Points +1x up to $5,000 的權益。一年 up to 5次（即上限 $25,000 的消費）。
比較有意思的是，根據 4% Bilt Cash 的返點率，當你花掉了 $200 Bilt Cash、刷了 $5,000 的消費時，就又攢出來 $200 的 Bilt Cash 了。這時你可以花掉這 $200 的 Bilt Cash，繼續往後增加 Bilt Points 的返點率 +1x。有些朋友戲稱這是個「永動機」機制，其實有上限啦，不算永動。
如果你在吃飯或超市類別消費特別多，能刷到$25k，那麼 Bilt Obsidian 信用卡加上+1x的加成能在這個類別上攢 4x Bilt Points，攢點效率相當高了。如果你是「其他」類別的消費特別多，那麼 Bilt Palladium 信用卡加上+1x之後變成所有消費 3x Bilt Points，也是非常能打的了。
這個用法適合你的前提是，你真的有能力且有意願在Bilt的信用卡上刷很多錢。
3. 用來獲得更高的轉點獎勵
Bilt rent day 活動時經常搞轉點bonus，有時會出現很好的轉點夥伴和很高的 bonus。Bilt 官方說 Bilt Cash 可以用來買更高的轉點 bonus 比例，每次的價格和availability都會隨時變動。目前還沒有過這種活動，價格如何還不好說，等有這種活動的時候我們會在 Bilt rent day 活動頁面更新。
總結
Bilt Cash 這第二套Bilt的獎勵系統，搞的十分複雜，coupon book 實在太厚了，看的令人腦殼疼。建議大家在Bilt交房租房貸時選擇那一種不涉及 Bilt Cash 的簡單的方式。如果你非要選擇參與 Bilt Cash 的遊戲，那麼大概以下幾種消耗方式是我比較推薦的：交房租房貸；或用 Points Accelerator 增加刷卡返點率 +1x Bilt Points；或在 Bilt rent day 活動時買更高的轉點獎勵。
