1. Accor Preferred by HERA（原Accor STEP）项目简介
Accor 集团对应 Hyatt Privé, Marriott STARS & LUMNINOUS, Hilton for Luxury 的项目是 Accor Preferred by HERA。曾经名称是 Accor STEP，24年5月换成叫 Accor Preferred by HERA 了。但是本质上没啥变化。
当你从 Accor Preferred Program 预定时，可以享受以下福利：
- 双人免费早餐
- $100酒店消费额度
- 房型升级（视房态）
- 早住晚退（视房态）
同其他 program 类似，Accor Preferred 价格时不时也有各种促销。
2. Accor Preferred by HERA 参与酒店
参与 Accor Preferred Program 的雅高品牌比较多，比较高端的牌子：Raffles, Fairmont, Banyan Tree这种基本都参加了。其余很多牌子旗下酒店部分选择参与，类似 Marriott LUMINOUS 的情况。和其他类似优选计划一样，一般更luxury的品牌不会有什么限制，一晚就给待遇，也不指定房型；而剩下部分酒店可能会限制类似要2晚才可以。
为了方便大家查询，我们也专门制作了一个 Accor Preferred by HERA 的地图页面，可以搜索查看当前参加这个项目的酒店，如果有限制两晚/房型什么的，也会显示出来。
3. Accor Preferred by HERA 福利详解
预定 Accor Preferred Program 价格默认可享以下福利：
- 免费早餐：每日双人免费早餐
- 消费额度：$100 酒店消费抵扣
- 房型升级：入住时视房态升一级
- 早住晚退：入住时视房态
双人早餐
Preferred by HERA 价格含每日双人早餐，没有明说是怎么执行，那就是看酒店指定了。亚洲可能就是自助早，美国可能就是指定 continental/american breakfast 或者给早餐额度。
这个相对 Accor 会员是个巨大的优势：ALL 白金卡只有亚洲地区早餐，而最高级的 ALL 钻石也只有周末免费早餐（亚洲地区每天都有）。而通过 Accor Preferred 则保证了早餐待遇。
消费额度
默认给 $100 或等值当地货币的酒店消费抵扣。和其他项目类似，具体内容由酒店决定，但是大部分应该都是餐饮、水疗啥的都可以。有 Accor Preferred/STEP 体验的朋友去 HotelFT 提交DP，这样后来的小伙伴看到了有更多参考。
按照条款，消费额度基本都是按一次入住 (stay) 给的，而不是按晚数给。拆分入住不会获得多次 credit。’
房型升级
根据条款，入住时视房态升一级。ALL 会员描述也是升一级（看起来是从预定房型升一级），或许可以和 Accor Preferred 叠加。
早住晚退
如果有需求，住客可以请求提前入住或者延迟退房，最终酒店根据房态决定是否同意。
4. 当前促销列表
Preferred Special Rate 促销
这个和之前我们提到过的 Hilton for Luxury 会员促销类似，本身这类 preferred program 都是对标 standard rate/best available rate（缩写BAR）。大部分时候因为酒店肯定有会员价啥的，preferred program 价格要比会员价高一些，靠多的额外福利（早餐、$100消费等）来吸引预定。但如果 preferred program 价格也能有一定折扣，就非常有吸引力了。
目前很多 Preferred by HERA/STEP 参与酒店就有类似的折扣价，例如上海和平饭店，6月12日1晚公开价最低是$405.26，显示的是预付不可取消折扣价格。但是 Accor Preferred HERA 有对标这个价格的促销价，可在6月11日前取消，也不需要预付，还有双早/$100额度这些福利。
住x送一类促销 (2025 Q3 更新)
Accor Preferred 每个季度都会更新住3付2、住4付3这类促销，用得上促销时价格很多时候可以比其他公开价都低，还有双早、$100消费抵扣这些待遇，太香了。不过酒店可能会根据淡旺季、入住率之类的调整，具体需要搜了价格才知道。有需求的欢迎使用我们的网页直接搜索价格。

6. 其它常见问题解答(FAQs)
HERA 可以用积分/FN预定吗？
不行。所有这类 preferred program 都是基于现金入住的。Amex FHR 用 MR 支付本质也把 MR 当现金用了去付的房费。
HERA 价格可以积累 Accor 会员积分吗？
当然，这是官方渠道，所有预定都算合格入住。预定后立马在 Accor 账号里就能看到。
HERA 预定可以刷自己的卡吗？
可以。预定时需要用信用卡信息做担保。如果是可取消价格，那都是到酒店再付款，入住时想刷什么卡自己选。如果是预付价，那么就是从预定时担保的卡上面扣款。HotelFT 不处理支付。
HERA 预定可以叠加 Amex Offers/Chase Offers吗？
可以，因为是酒店扣钱，符合 Amex Offers 这些条款的。有这些 offers 的时候叠加起来更香。
HERA 和雅高会员福利对比？
这个问题上面福利介绍部分大概都讨论过了，这里可以再总结以下：
- 早餐福利：这个基本上 HERA 比会员强多了。ALL 就算钻石也没法保证所有酒店每天都给早餐（只有亚太是每天都给，其他地区只有周末）。但是 STEP 就保证一定有。
- 消费额度：ALL钻石每年拿到26k等级积分后倒是给10张€10的代金券，不过本身会员预定是没有的，额外的酒店消费额度依然是这类program独特的优势。
- 房型升级：HERA 基本也是入住视房态升一级，ALL钻石这些看描述是从预定房型升一级，说不定可以叠加吧。具体需要DP来验证。
- 早住晚退：都是视房态而定
总体来说我们觉得 HERA 反而比会员更给力，主要是早餐的优势和额外的酒店消费抵扣。不过STEP价格反正也不和会员福利冲突，能积累积分这些，为啥不是全都要呢。
HERA 与 FHR/Virtuoso 该如何选择
那当然是哪边给的福利好就选哪个：
- 从福利看：FHR 一大特色是保证 4pm 退房，如果其它方面没有区别，你又有运通白金卡，那还是推荐走 FHR
- 从价格看：大部分时候这些价格都和BAR一样，不过如果某个渠道有特殊促销，比如某酒店如果只在HERA给了住3付2，那显然就更有优势了
- 从覆盖看：酒店集团自身的优选计划，只看集团内酒店的覆盖，那都比 FHR/Virtuoso 这类更好
