Chase Freedom and Freedom Unlimited: Get $15 By Using Android Pay at the Grocery Store (Hurry!)

Chase just sent out emails to Freedom and Freedom Unlimited cardholders for a promotional offer where you earn $15 in cashback by making 5x purchases with Android Pay at the grocery store. The subject line of the email is “It pays to use your Chase Freedom card with Android Pay.” It appears that I received this offer on only one of my multiple Freedom accounts. Not sure whether I can replicate the offer on my additional accounts, but I will try and report back. Once you add your Freedom or Freedom Unlimited to Android Pay, it should prompt you to sign up for the promotion. You can also just sign up through the link in your email.

The offer is valid May 15 through June 15, 2017 and apparently is only available to the first 24,000 people who make qualifying purchases. For that reason, I’d recommend you hit this sooner than later if you are interested. The easiest way to max out the 5 purchases will be to use the self-checkout lane at your grocery store to pay for 5 items individually.

Good timing, as the Freedom is currently getting 5% back at the grocery store until June 31 on up to $1500 in spend.
